I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve been selected as one of the featured chefs for Abernethy’s Limited Engagements at The Music Center in downtown Los Angeles!

Abernethy’s is known for celebrating the rich culinary diversity of LA by spotlighting emerging chefs from across the city—and I’m honored to be part of this powerful storytelling platform. From September 2024 through April 2025, I’ll be curating a special Indigenous Fusion menu that reflects my heritage as a proud member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation and my deep roots in Mexican-American cuisine.

This is more than a restaurant residency—it’s an opportunity to serve dishes that carry my culture, my family, and my fire. Whether it’s a twist on ancestral recipes or bold flavors rooted in land and tradition, every plate tells a story of identity, resilience, and love. And I can’t wait to share it with you.
