On Friday, November 21st at 7PM PT, I’ll walk you step-by-step through one of my favorite recipes from Rooted in Fire. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the flavors, techniques, and history that shaped the dish, and I’ll also spend time answering your questions about the cookbook.
