Service Description

Indigenous chef's Pyet DeSpain & Claudia Serrato join forces to create a delectable eight course tasting menu that takes you on a journey through history and cultural significance of their ancestral foods. This private and quaint Chef's Table will be hosted at an open-air rooftop terrace in Marina del Rey. Dress code: Warm / Casual dressy Food & Drinks: Farm-fresh ingredients are sourced for the dishes. The menu starts with a refreshing and unique presentation of a tomatillo salad followed by a white sage smoked tepary bean hummus. You can expect the rest of the menu to tell meaningful survival stories of Native American people such as the three sisters beans, corn and squash. Dishes like a braised bison taco paired with a guajillo & squash salsa bring the fusion of next level Chef Pyet's cultural foods. A fruity and warm red sangria will be served as the "house wine".
